Another speedy hire for Boom! We found Bryony only a couple of days after posting our vacancy to the Boom blog and as soon as we’d spoken to her we knew she’d be perfect for our position. Without further ado, we’re extremely pleased to welcome Bryony Soord as our new Digital Marketing Manager.
Bryony started her career in London with an internship for a prestigious fashion brand. After completing her internship she developed her media skills through fashion journalism and styling projects for various magazines, and completed a short stint working for a national newspaper. Having left London, she took her PR skills to various in-house roles where she maintained a number of blogs and found that content creation tied together her love of writing, creating and marketing. She decided to concentrate on developing her digital marketing skills and wanted to branch out of the fashion industry and to work at an agency where she could represent a more varied and diverse range of clients.
“It has been a goal of mine to come and work for a creative marketing agency for some time. Working in a place where creativity is encouraged was vitally important to me, and combining that with managing a diverse range of clients is something that suits me both personally and professionally. I wanted to learn how to combine my PR and writing skills with digital marketing skills so that I can deliver the best results for my clients, and with the support and training the guys at Boom offer I can.”
